General Line Functionality

Use grouping to combine events on the chart.

Procedure

Select the required event grouping by clicking on the drop-down in the top right corner of the dashboard. Events can be grouped on the graph by:
- Hour
- Week
- Day
- Month
Hover on a data point to see additional information:

Click on the event name to bring forward the line and tooltip for that event.

Note:

If there is no event data for a particular grouping then no data point is displayed, but the line graph will not dip down to zero on the Y axis. This is so the general trend can be tracked. If there is event data for any of the events on a particular grouping then all data points are displayed, even though the other events may be zero, as see below:
